OHA Public Hearing: Proposed Rule for Patient Consent & HIE

The Oregon Health Authority filed a notice of rule-making with the Secretary of State on July 15, 2011 for the following:

Informed Consent Requirements for Health Care Providers Participating in Electronic Health Information Exchange

The public hearing scheduled for August 22, 2011, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. has been CANCELLED to allow for an extended public comment period. The hearing has been rescheduled for September 21, from 10:00-11:00am at the State Library, Rooms 102-103, 250 Winter St. NE, Salem, OR 97301. The new public comment period close date is September 23, 2011, at 5:00pm.
