CMS has published new FAQ's (7/12/11) related to the EHR Incentive Program (Meaningful Use). A very interesting question is there about the ability to recover lease/rental expenses for Critical Access Hospitals. Not sure if this has implications for cloud-based or SaaS solutions, but imagine changes to license agreements could work around this. Would be interested to hear feedback from people that have researched this.
