- My name is Eric McLaughlin and I'm the current Southern Oregon Advocacy Chair for HIMSS Oregon. I'm also a Healthcare IT Consultant, a member of the Oregon HITOC HIE Technology Workgroup, and a member of the O-HITEC Advisory Council. Chris Diaz is the Advocacy Chair for Northern Oregon. Chris is the Director of Information Services at Peace Health Southwest Washington in Vancouver.
